The minimum details required in order to fulfil the reservations efficiently are; names of client or group, exact arrival / departure dates with flight details, number of pax, name of hotel and correct tour code required.

Cancellation charges not levied by Visi Tur, should any cancellation charges be imposed on Visi Tur, on the clients behalf then these charges will be debited to the agents account. In order to avoid such circumstances FIT cancellations require two weeks notification in writing and GIT four weeks prior to arrival date.

In the event of any payment is not made or received by Visi Tur or to its account in accordance with the terms as requested upon reservation being made, Visi Tur reserves the right to cancel all or any arrangements, tours, package tours or accommodation provided to, or further party without prejudice to Visi Tur other right.

Transportation for land component are based on A/C coaches where available.

Immigration & Visas, visitors Passports must have a validity of six months from date of arrival and proof of onward journey or return ticket. Most countries have visa free entry for up to sixty days into Indonesia. Visitors must check with the Indonesian Embassy in their countries for stays exceeding sixty days.

Airport Tax of Rp.50.000,- is applicable to each departing visitors, for domestic travel there is an Airport Tax of Rp.11.000,-.
